Exchange your ticket

Note your ticket number in the search box (14-digit number below the barcode) and click Search. The exchange service appears on the right with your ticket number. Then click Next to be redirected to the calendar and select a new date for your visit.

Please note: this exchange can be made if and only if:
✓The request concerns access tickets to permanent collections and temporary exhibitions
✓The expiry date of the original ticket has not passed. Example: A ticket valid from 06/01/2022 to 06/30/2022  must  be  exchanged  on 06/30/2022  at  the  latest. A ticket submitted for a session whose session takes place on 06/15/2022 at 2:00 p.m. must be exchanged on 06/15/2022 at the latest
✓The ticket is valid (not canceled, not refunded, not blocked...)
✓The ticket has not been used (passed through access control)
